Jaipur girl's father demands abetment to suicide charges against teacher
Vijay Meena, whose daughter died by suicide at a Jaipur school last year, is calling for an abetment to suicide case to be filed against her class teacher. He argued that the principal and the school owner should also be charged under Section 75 of the Juvenile Justice (JJ) Act, 2015. Vijay pointed out that the current police chargesheet only includes charges of negligence against the teacher, the principal, and the school administration.
