ISS spacewalk lasts over 6 hours; antenna replacement remains unfinished
On August 18, NASA astronaut Anil Menon and ESA astronaut Sophie Adenot spent 6 hours and 23 minutes conducting a spacewalk outside the International Space Station. Although the pair managed to detach the broken Space-to-Ground antenna, they were unable to finish putting the new one in place before time ran out. The European Space Agency noted that the mission was slowed down by stubborn bolts and connectors on the old equipment.
