ISRO completes maiden test of Gaganyaan-linked rocket platform
On Friday, ISRO achieved a successful first flight test of its Sub-Orbital Launch Vehicle for Experiments (SOLVE) platform. This system is designed to evaluate the parachute mechanisms of the Gaganyaan Crew Module under realistic conditions. During these trials, the module will be dropped from heights between 10 and 17 kilometers, utilizing 10 parachutes to slow its descent before it lands in the ocean.
