Iran demands freedom for pilots held in Qatar amid regional conflict
Tehran is pushing for the liberation of three airmen who were reportedly taken into custody by Qatari troops following the crash of their Su-24 jets during the ongoing West Asia conflict. Iranian General Mohammad Bagherzadeh stated that the aviators have been detained for half a year and have been prevented from communicating with their relatives. He has now requested that the International Committee of the Red Cross step in to help facilitate their return.
