Iran admits security leak linked to Khamenei attack likely remains

Iran's Foreign Minister Seyed Abbas Araghchi stated that the security failure which allowed for the bombing of former Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei's home early in the conflict with the US and Israel likely persists. He noted that while scheduling multiple meetings at once was common at the time, the adversary's awareness of these gatherings stemmed from a compromise in intelligence.
