Interim committee to manage Air India as CEO hunt drags on

According to a Reuters report, Air India Chairman N Chandrasekaran is putting together a temporary group of top executives, which includes himself, to manage the airline's affairs while a new CEO is being sought. The goal of this committee is to maintain smooth operations as the company awaits word on Chandrasekaran’s own term extension as Tata Sons chairman. The previous CEO, Campbell Wilson, left his position in April following a tenure of nearly four years.
