India's performance history in the Women's Asia Cup
India has emerged victorious in seven out of the nine times the Women's Asia Cup has been held. During the initial four tournaments held in 2004, 2005-06, 2006, and 2008, the matches followed an ODI structure, and India secured the title in every one of them. Starting in 2012, the competition transitioned to a T20 format, where India went on to claim the championship in 2012, 2016, and 2022.
