Indian student team secures major award at Monaco Energy Boat Challenge
The 'Sea Sakthi' team from Kumaraguru College of Technology in Tamil Nadu has been honored with the Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation Sustainable Yachting Technology Award. This took place during the 13th Monaco Energy Boat Challenge held in Monte Carlo. The Indian students showcased their own custom-built electric vessel at the event. This prize recognizes excellence in sustainable yachting innovation and comes with a cash reward of 25,000 euros, which is roughly ₹27 lakh.
