Indian Railways rolls out upgraded housekeeping and linen services
Indian Railways has launched a fresh On Board Housekeeping Service (OBHS) crew along with better linen provisions on select train routes. A passenger remarked, "The level of cleanliness is impressive now. All items, such as bedsheets and hand towels, come in neat, sealed packaging. The experience is a significant improvement over the past." It is worth noting that these housekeeping operations have been active since 2007.
