Indian family offices use profit-sharing to attract top talent
According to a Bloomberg report, family offices run by India's billionaires are turning to profit-sharing schemes to lure high-level investment experts as competition in the wealth management sector heats up. Notable figures, including Harsh Mariwala and Azim Premji, are among those adopting this strategy. These types of perks were uncommon in the past. On a global scale, less than 33% of family offices currently provide long-term incentive programs for their investment staff.
