India supports Palestine's UN membership push, emphasizes two-state solution
During a meeting held in Brussels on Monday, India restated its backing for Palestine to become a full member of the UN and its commitment to a two-state solution. The Ministry of External Affairs noted that India is actively involved in various initiatives related to healthcare, women's empowerment, and building institutions. Furthermore, the government announced fresh projects aimed at vocational training, education, health, and rehabilitation. At present, Palestine holds the status of a non-member permanent observer state at the United Nations.
