India sees gold reach 5-month peak, silver hits 4-month high
On Monday, gold prices in Delhi surged to their highest level in over five months, reaching ₹1.64 lakh per 10 grams, as reported by the All India Sarafa Association. The price of 99.9% pure gold increased by ₹900, moving from Friday's close of ₹1,63,500 to ₹1,64,400 per 10 grams. At the same time, silver continued its upward trend for the third consecutive day, climbing ₹3,500 to settle at ₹2,53,500 per kg, marking a high not seen in four months.
