India lowers national flag to half-mast in Delhi to mourn former Qatar Emir Al-Thani

The Indian National Flag was lowered to half-mast across Delhi today as the nation marked a day of mourning for the late former Emir of Qatar, Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani. The Ministry of External Affairs released images showing the flag at half-mast as a tribute to the former leader. Prime Minister Narendra Modi also expressed his condolences over the passing.
