India dispatches 19 custom-built passenger coaches to Bangladesh Railways

The Rail Coach Factory in Kapurthala, Punjab, has manufactured 19 LHB broad gauge passenger coaches for Bangladesh Railways. This batch includes three AC Sleeper Cars, three AC Chair Cars, and 11 Non-AC Chair Cars. These coaches are equipped with alarm systems, baby-care spaces, and prayer rooms. Previously, during 2015-16, the same factory had delivered 120 such coaches to Bangladesh Railways.
