India conducts successful trial of indigenous 'Khagantak-243' glide bomb
The Indian Air Force has completed a successful drop test of the Khagantak-243, a long-range glide bomb built entirely within the country. According to the IAF, the test achieved every goal set, marking a significant advancement in firepower under the Atmanirbhar Bharat initiative. This precision-guided weapon, which weighs 250 kg and features a 144 km range, was created through a collaboration between Bharat Electronics and JSR Dynamics, based in Nagpur.
