India and Belgium ink 10 defence agreements, featuring local rocket production
India has entered into 10 defence sector agreements with Belgium aimed at enhancing military collaboration, technology exchange, and joint manufacturing efforts. As part of these contracts, New Lachaussée is set to provide Tembo Classic with an ammunition production line valued at €50 million, while Exail Belgium will equip L&T’s mine countermeasure ships with autonomous systems. Additionally, Kalyani Strategic will handle the assembly of Thales Belgium’s 70mm rockets within India.
