I'm street fighter, not AC room activist: Dharmendra Pradhan on Jairam's 'it happens' remark

Dharmendra Pradhan, who resigned as Union Education Minister after students' protest over the NEET-UG 2026 paper leak, had a brief exchange with Congress MP Jairam Ramesh. Ramesh said 'it happens' to Pradhan over his resignation, to which Pradhan immediately replied, "Nothing happened". Pradhan added, "I am a street fighter. Not an AC room activist." He resigned after protests by CJP.
