Union Minister Nitin Gadkari stated that while he has ₹15 lakh crore at his disposal following asset monetisation, he is currently unable to utilise the full amount. Gadkari mentioned that he has only managed to spend ₹4 lakh crore so far, noting, "I can only spend at National Highways...So keep sending projects." He shared these comments during the inauguration of three National Highway projects valued at more than ₹4,850 crore.
