American startup Hugging Face has introduced Microduck, a small robotic duck priced at $399 (roughly ₹38,000), with shipping expected before the Christmas holiday. CEO Clem Delangue described the 25-centimetre-tall device as an open-source robot that allows users to program new skills using reinforcement learning. The Microduck is capable of waddling, lifting items up to 800 grams using its beak, recovering from falls, and moving on roller skates.
