HR accidentally adds note to fire staff in new job's details, lists reasons for firing too

A job posting by Hyderabad-based Minfy went viral as it accidentally named two employees who'd be replaced by new hires. The HR added internal hiring notes to the public job description, noting one employee's remote work setup and another's performance issues as reasons for firing them.
