Hizbul narco-terror suspect captured in Jammu following 4-year search
The State Investigation Agency (SIA) has taken 35-year-old Manoj Kumar Bhat into custody in Jammu for his suspected role in a cross-border network funding narco-terrorism. Authorities claim he collaborated extensively with Pakistan-based Hizbul Mujahideen operatives. The SIA had been tracking Bhat for more than four years, but the operation was difficult because he frequently moved between hideouts and seldom used a mobile phone.
