High Court dismisses case against woman who dressed pet dog as Lord Krishna

The woman had posted a picture of her pet on WhatsApp. While issuing the order, the High Court referenced the Kal Bhairava form of Lord Shiva, noting that a black dog serves as his divine vehicle.
