Following intense rainfall in the national capital, floodwater seeped into various shops across Connaught Place, with footage of the incident circulating on social media. One clip captures water flowing into jewellery and handicraft stores located in Janpath. Additionally, AAP leader Saurabh Bharadwaj posted a video highlighting flooding inside well-known eateries, including Kuremal's Kulfi and Kake Da Hotel. Widespread waterlogging was reported throughout several areas of Delhi.
