HCLTech sees headcount dip by 3,300 as attrition increases in Q1
Latest figures show that HCLTech's total staff count fell by approximately 3,300, bringing the number of employees to 2,23,889 during the first quarter of FY27. At the same time, the company's attrition rate saw a sequential increase, moving from 12.5% to 12.7%. For the June quarter, HCLTech announced a 20% year-on-year growth in net profit, reaching ₹4,624 crore, alongside a 13.9% annual rise in revenue to ₹34,579 crore.
