HC: Wife cannot seek maintenance or leave husband just for supporting his parents

The Madhya Pradesh High Court ruled that a wife is not entitled to leave her matrimonial home or demand maintenance simply because she does not get along with her in-laws or because her husband provides care for his parents. Previously, a lower court had ordered the husband to provide monthly maintenance payments of ₹10,000 to his wife and ₹5,000 to each of their two minor children.
