Haryana man finds brother after 35 years with help from SIR
Sitaram went back to his Haryana village to collect an old school certificate required for SIR. The Booth Level Officer, who also works as a teacher at the local government school, recognized his brother, Dalbir Singh, and contacted him, which led to the siblings reuniting. Sitaram had been left by his family at a Punjab massage facility for polio therapy, but he disappeared from there 35 years ago.
