For electric models exceeding this ₹30 lakh threshold, the state will provide a 50% tax break, while the current 20% tax concession for CNG vehicles remains unchanged. Additionally, the state has cleared a 1% road tax discount for new non-transport vehicles costing up to ₹20 lakh that are registered under a woman's name.
