Gujarat: Pregnant woman files complaint of rape, extortion, and forced conversion
A 30-year-old expectant mother in Banaskantha, Gujarat, has leveled serious allegations against three brothers and their uncle. She claims the group repeatedly raped and physically abused her, while also using a private video to blackmail her. Additionally, the woman stated that the men pressured her to change her faith. On August 20, local police filed a formal complaint invoking the Gujarat Freedom of Religion Act and other sections of the BNS. As of now, no suspects have been taken into custody.
