Government orders NTA to review exam systems following UGC-NET flaws
On Monday, the central government instructed the National Testing Agency (NTA) to perform a thorough audit of its examination protocols and provide a report on the remedial actions implemented. This directive follows the NTA's decision to scrap the University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test (UGC-NET) for three specific subjects due to the discovery of multiple discrepancies in the question papers. The meeting was led by Union Education Minister Pralhad Joshi.
