Gorakhpur teen scales 100-foot tank following argument with mother
A 15-year-old girl in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh, scaled a 100-foot water tower after being reprimanded by her mother for speaking with her boyfriend. The teenager stayed on the structure for three hours until police officer Jagriti Kharwar climbed up to reach her. As the girl attempted to jump, Kharwar managed to grab her arm, holding her suspended until other officers were able to pull her to safety.
