Ghaziabad man electrocuted after stepping into rainwater near transformer

A 22-year-old man lost his life due to electrocution in the Indirapuram area of Ghaziabad on Thursday afternoon. The incident occurred at approximately 3 pm. An eyewitness reported that the victim fell down while walking out of a park through an iron gate. Initial investigations suggest that a nearby transformer leaked live current into the standing rainwater, which then charged the gate.
