Garuda Aerospace among 9 firms cleared by SEBI to launch IPOs
A total of nine companies have secured clearance from SEBI to raise capital through initial public offerings (IPOs). The list of approved firms includes PlaySimple Games, drone startup Garuda Aerospace, Rediff.com India, Jakson Green, Adroit Industries, Expression 360 Services India, SNVA Traveltech, Naini Papers, and Laxyo, a railway infrastructure and EPC services provider. These businesses had submitted their draft documents to the regulator between December 2025 and April 2026.
