French billionaire Bernard Arnault and wife hit with ₹245 crore tax bill
According to an AFP report, a Paris administrative court of appeal has directed France's wealthiest individual, Bernard Arnault, and his wife to settle €22.5 million (approximately ₹245 crore) in unpaid taxes. This total incorporates €9.5 million related to the country's wealth solidarity tax. A representative for the LVMH CEO confirmed to AFP that they intend to challenge the decision at the Council of State.
