Four arrested in Patiala for smuggling weapons while disguised as delivery workers
The Patiala Police have dismantled a smuggling ring involved in moving illegal firearms across state lines. Four individuals were taken into custody for allegedly wearing e-commerce delivery uniforms to supply weapons to criminals throughout Punjab. According to authorities, the suspects used public transport like trains and buses, hiding the arms inside used delivery parcels to escape detection. The group reportedly bought the weapons at cheap rates from Madhya Pradesh.
