The Uttarakhand Police have seized foreign currency, high-quality saffron, and various other items from the residence of Rajendra Chauhan, a former Badrinath Temple official. Chauhan is the primary suspect in the ongoing investigation into the theft of temple donations. He was allegedly observed pocketing bundles of cash on June 22, June 25, and June 29. Following these incidents, the Special Investigation Team (SIT) called him in for interrogation.
