First group of 21 Indians evacuated from Nepal floods reaches home
The initial group of 21 Indian pilgrims, who were saved following the severe flash floods in Nepal, has arrived back in India. External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar welcomed the travelers from Tamil Nadu upon their landing at the Delhi airport. He expressed his gratitude toward the Nepali administration and military for their assistance in the evacuation process. Currently, approximately 320 Indian citizens remain unaccounted for, and search operations are ongoing to locate them.
