Fire breaks out after crane collapses on ship in Mumbai; 2 hurt
On Sunday evening, two crane operators sustained injuries when their equipment caught fire while moving cargo at the Mumbai BPS port. The accident took place as a pair of cranes attempted to hoist a 140-metric-tonne load from the Barbados-registered ship, Vienna. An uneven distribution of the weight caused one crane to tilt upward, striking the vessel with its boom and sparking a blaze. The two workers who were hurt have been taken to the hospital for treatment.
