Fatima Sana penalized 10% of match fee for send-off to Shafali Verma

Pakistan skipper Fatima Sana received a 10% match fee fine and one demerit point following a breach of the Code of Conduct during the Women's Asia Cup 2026 match against India. Sana directed a gesture toward the pavilion after taking the wicket of Shafali Verma. She accepted the Level 1 charge. This marks her second offence in a 24-month period, bringing her total to two demerit points.
