Elon Musk confirms xAI coding tool accessed user data without permission

Following reports that xAI’s coding agent, Grok Build CLI, was secretly transferring sensitive developer information to Google Cloud, Elon Musk stated, "All user data that was uploaded to SpaceXAI before now will be completely…deleted." He further noted, "It's actually helpful for debugging issues if we can retain some amount of data, so allowing this would be appreciated."
