Eknath Shinde spoke to corporator accused of attacking doctors, says Uday Samant
Maharashtra Minister Uday Samant stated that Shiv Sena leader and Deputy CM Eknath Shinde reached out to corporator Ramesh Mhatre to clarify party conduct guidelines. Mhatre had been taken into custody following an assault on medical staff at a Dombivli hospital. According to Samant, the party leadership does not support Mhatre’s behavior, and there will be no obstruction of the ongoing police investigation.
