ED launches investigation into Jharkhand exam scam without state request
According to an ABP Live report, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) has filed an Enforcement Case Information Report (ECIR) to look into potential massive financial dealings connected to the reported discrepancies in the JPSC 14th Preliminary Test and various other recruitment examinations. The investigation is being conducted under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act. Reports indicate that the ED initiated this probe even before receiving a formal request from the Jharkhand government.
