On Monday, Saudi Arabia reported that its military successfully intercepted and neutralized several drones originating from Iraq. The Saudi Defence Ministry stated that these strikes were orchestrated by Iranian-supported "terrorist militias" operating out of Iraqi soil. The drones were aimed at oil installations located in the kingdom's eastern province as well as the capital, Riyadh.
