Doctor quits after being attacked by Shiv Sena Corporator in Maharashtra

A doctor who was reportedly beaten by Shiv Sena (Eknath Shinde group) corporator Ramesh Mhatre at a hospital in Thane, Maharashtra, has resigned and moved out of the city. The doctor stated, "Goons are watching us...they are very dangerous people. The other doctors may continue working there, but I cannot." Authorities have taken Corporator Ramesh into custody.
