DMK and AIADMK skip CM Vijay’s all-party delimitation meeting
On Saturday, both the DMK and AIADMK chose not to attend an all-party discussion called by Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Vijay. Significantly, 37 out of 57 MPs from the state were absent from the gathering, which aimed to form a collective state stance regarding the delimitation process proposed by the BJP-led central government. DMK MP Kanimozhi labeled the meeting as "unnecessary," claiming it was an attempt to shift focus away from the ongoing Cauvery dispute.
