Dinesh Chandimal hospitalized following injury during Test match against India

Sri Lankan batsman Dinesh Chandimal was rushed to the hospital after suffering an injury to his neck and right shoulder while fielding in the opening Test against India in Galle. The 36-year-old fell in an uncomfortable position while attempting to stop a boundary from a KL Rahul shot on the fourth day of the match. According to Sri Lanka Cricket, Chandimal was taken for scans as a safety measure.
