Dharma Productions secures India distribution rights for 'Ramayana' for ₹250 crore
Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions has reportedly signed a deal to handle the domestic distribution of the upcoming Ranbir Kapoor-led film, 'Ramayana'. The movie is being produced by Namit Malhotra’s DNEG in collaboration with Yash’s Monster Mind Creations. Reports indicate that Malhotra recently presented a 30-minute preview of the film to potential distributors. Following discussions that initially started at a ₹500 crore valuation, Dharma Productions finalized the pan-India distribution deal at ₹250 crore.
