Details of the 47.5 tonnes of relief supplies India dispatched to flood-affected Nepal
Following the devastating flash floods in Nepal, India has delivered 47.5 tonnes of relief materials to the country. The aid package consists of tents and temporary shelters, blankets, solar lanterns, hygiene kits, medical supplies and medicines, along with ready-to-eat food packets. The floods, which were caused by a glacial landslide, have destroyed entire villages and left hundreds of residents homeless.
