According to data from Cushman & Wakefield, Khan Market held its position as the costliest high-street area in Delhi-NCR during the April-June 2026 period. Monthly retail rents in the market climbed 9% compared to the previous year, reaching between ₹1,700 and ₹1,800 per sq ft. South Extension saw the sharpest increase in rental rates, jumping 10% to hit ₹850-900 per sq ft. Meanwhile, rents in Kamla Nagar remained unchanged, and the M Block in Greater Kailash-I experienced a 2% rise, bringing costs to ₹490-510 per sq ft.
