Delhi High Court issues notice to Sudhir Chaudhary in defamation suit
The Delhi High Court has issued a summons to journalist Sudhir Chaudhary regarding a defamation lawsuit initiated by Vijay Sherawat, a volunteer for the Cockroach Janta Party (CJP). Sherawat claims that Chaudhary incorrectly labeled him as the individual who shouted the slogan "Parliament will be uprooted" and further branded him as "anti-national." A representative for CJP’s legal department stated that the false identification of their volunteer is both unacceptable and highly irresponsible.
