Delhi HC asks why MP/MLA sign-off is needed for Lakshmi Yojana

The court remarked that demanding such an endorsement is unjustifiable when eligibility can easily be confirmed using official documents. Additionally, the court pointed out that the scheme itself does not contain any such requirement for an MP or MLA's approval.
